As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve any technical challenges.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain quality and timely completion.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of order to cash processes and their implementation within SAP SD.
- Experience in configuring pricing, billing, and credit management modules.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Finance and Materials Management.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to sales and distribution workflows.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
