Architecting scalable UI systems, mentoring mid-level developers, and ensuring our applications provide a world-class user experience. You should have a deep mastery of the React ecosystem, TypeScript, and modern frontend infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership: Design and implement highly scalable, maintainable, and testable frontend architectures using React and TypeScript.Component Systems: Build and maintain a robust, reusable internal UI library (Atomic Design) to ensure visual and functional consistency across projects.Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using techniques like code-splitting, lazy loading, and advanced memoization ($useMemo$, $useCallback$).State Management: Lead the strategy for complex state management using tools like Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or React Query (TanStack Query).Code Quality: Set the standard for code quality through rigorous code reviews, documentation, and the implementation of automated testing (Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright).Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into fluid, accessible (A11y), and responsive interfaces.Mentorship: Act as a technical lead, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions.Required Technical SkillsCore Tech: 6+ years of professional experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.TypeScript Mastery: Deep understanding of advanced types, generics, and type-safe API integration.Frameworks: Extensive experience with Next.js (App Router) or Remix for Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).Styling: Proficiency in modern CSS solutions such as Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled-Components.API Integration: Expertise in consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs, handling race conditions, and optimistic UI updates.Tooling: Experience with modern build tools like Vite, Turborepo, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Testing: Strong belief in Test-Driven Development (TDD) or high-coverage testing strategies.Soft Skills & LeadershipProblem Solving: Ability to debug complex production issues across different browsers and devices.Communication: Able to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., "Why we should refactor now vs. later").Product Mindset: You don't just build tickets; you care about the end-user experience and business impact.
