Collaboration with various stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives is a key aspect, along with continuously monitoring the evolving threat landscape to recommend proactive improvements. The role demands a thoughtful approach to safeguarding critical assets while supporting clients throughout their security journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with client requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging security trends and technologies to provide innovative recommendations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing mentorship to support their professional growth.
- Document and communicate security strategies and solution designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex security environments and design scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of identity governance tools within enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective security solutions.

- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
