Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to support day-to-day light warehouse operations. The role involves handling inventory, order processing, and ensuring smooth dispatch and receipt of goods while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time
• Maintain inventory records and update stock in systems
• Conduct periodic stock checks and support inventory audits
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of products
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for dispatches
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors

Requirements:

• 12th pass or diploma in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics (freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Excel or basic computer skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of supply chain processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn

Working Conditions:

• Light physical work (handling small packages)
• May require standing for extended periods
• Day shift / rotational shifts as per business needs
