Job Description

Position: Engineer (Electrical)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

  • Key Responsibilities:Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of Solar Ground Mounted Plants
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of Solar AC & DC systems
  • Execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM)
  • Handling breakdowns and minimizing downtime
  • Maintenance of inverter readings, inverters, and transformers
  • Switchyard operations experience
  • Supervision of module cleaning and grass/vegetation control
  • Ensuring safety and compliance standards


Position: Technician (Electrical)

Experience: Freshers–3 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

  • Key Responsibilities:Assisting in maintenance of Solar Ground Mounted Plants
  • Monitoring AC/DC systems and troubleshooting support
  • Performing PM & CM activities
  • Supporting inverter and transformer maintenance
  • Attending breakdowns
  • Supporting switchyard operations
  • Supervising module cleaning and site upkeep
