CCTV TECHNICIAN
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CCTV and other security systems Technician to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 4 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Install, maintain, and repair CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems
· Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems
· Perform routine maintenance on CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems
· Work with customers to ensure their CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems are installed and functioning properly
· Install and configure related hardware and software
· Keep accurate records of all work performed on CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems
· Work with the sales team to provide technical support and advice on CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems installations
· Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Skill Set:
· Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems
· ITI or Diploma or certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
· Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems and related hardware and software
· Knowledge of IP-based CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems is a plus
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required
· Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation
