Job Description

KRA includes but not limited to

Conduct interviews for new openings.
Maintain staff files with target given and achieved sheets.
Conduct monthly analysis on target sheets.
Propose incentive and increments as per work done and analysis based on target sheets.
Prepare and submit projects, Company profile and any other document necessary.
Ensure smooth running of office and ensure availability of equipment and stationary alike with approval of Management.
Book hotels, train or flight tickets for Marketing staff for their official trips with approval of Management.
Any other duties given by the Management.
