As a CASA Sales Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships to achieve sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts, Mutual funds, Insurance polices, FR, RD etc. This role involves conducting sales activities, including cold calling and direct marketing, to identify potential customers. You will explain the benefits of CASA products, ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, and comply with banking regulations. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to meeting targets are essential. Previous sales experience, especially in banking, is preferred.
