Ability to learn and understand the entry requirement of destinations like UK, Canada and Australia etc • Assist the Counselor or Team Leader with applications for admission on various portals and visa filing. • Cross checking the documents submitted by students • Commence with the Admission Officers of different Abroad Colleges and Universities as and when needed • Co-ordinate with the students for facilitating documentation and visa application • Check the documents in details for accuracy and authenticity • High processing speed and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. • Meeting of process targets. • Update progress of the applications to students on time to time • Assisting students in paying Tuition fees and checking that they are paid in a timely manner so that their offer is not lapse, and take steps to obtain the final offer letter, CAS and COE before the deadline, which are the documents required to apply for a visa. • Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and guide the students with visa interview preparation • Guide the students for pre-departure information. (candidates with experience in overseas education documentation field / or who has worked as study abroad counselor will be given preference) Requirements; • Outstanding oral and written communication in English language. • Preference will be given to immediate joiners. • Only Experienced Candidate can apply • Preference will be given to the candidates from same industry.
