Area Manager - B2B Dealer Banker/Senior Area Manager - B2B Dealer Banker

Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for acquisition of BFL’s CD dealers and deepening the relationship for the following products
a. LAP, Flexi LAP, Term Loans, Working Capital Lines
b. Home Loans, Home Loan Flexi
c. Business Loans

The RSMs will cover the following locations:

a. RSM North : Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Calcutta

2. Responsible for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics:
a. Loan book size,
b. Portfolio credit quality (i.e. Delinquencies & Cost of Credit)
c. Interest Spreads
d. Cross Sell

3. Develop annual account plans for CD Dealers

4. Effective monitoring, tracking and closing exceptions, deferrals and deviations.

5. Delinquency management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
"1. CA/MBA Finance with 5-6 years of relevant lending experience (SME / Commercial Bank) in Banks / NBFCs.

2. Should have a strong entrepreneurial competency

3. Should have good communication and inter personal skills with an ability to work in multi-tasking environment

4. Lending experience in Commercial Lending segments will be an added advantage

5. Should be able to work well in flat non-hierarchical teams independently

6. High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and result orientation

7. Result orientation and problem solving approach.

8. Should be able to work under pressure and possess multi tasking abilities"
