Job Description

Ideal candidate should be able to work as a part of a team or a single entity and is responsible for • Experience in managing Channel & Customer Accounts. • Should understand IT hardware & software distribution sales process and working with resellers. • Should have knowledge of the sales market and its trends. • Should have good will in the reseller network. • Selling market leading IT hardware & software to our customers. • Communicating with the target audience and managing customer relationships. • Handling telephonic and walk-in inquiries. • Conducting Follow ups through emails and calls. • Maintaining and updating customer databases. • Visiting customers, requirement gathering, providing solutions and accordingly suggesting products & services. • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies. • Monitoring competitor activity Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Ideal candidate is expected to: • Must be self motivated. • Must have leadership quality. • Must have team management skills. • Have interest and experience of selling IT hardware & software. • Have strong communication skills. • Have strong presentation skills to address individuals and groups • Have strong knowledge of MS Office and other related tools. • Have excellent negotiation skills and convincing capability. • Have Prospecting skills • Sales Planning & Meeting Sales Goals • Maintaining CRM for all sales leads.
