Job Description
Location: Sector 10, Chandigarh
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
Benefits: 2 meals provided daily
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and payment transactions efficiently and accurately
- Operate billing software (Petpooja) for order processing and invoicing
- Manage cash handling, including cash checks and daily cash reconciliation
- Deposit daily cash collections in the bank as required
- Assist in supervising inventory checks and stock monitoring
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to order raw materials for the next day
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory movements
- Support overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the outlet
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience at the billing counter
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work long shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
