Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities • To address and manage customer queries • Responsible for achieving registration and collection target. Update collection and payment records for various projects undertaken by Realtors Studio. • Timely customer query resolution, monitoring collections and active follow-ups. Timely dispatch of documents Allotment letter, first call letters and so on • Contributing to productivity of customer care team by maintaining completeness and comprehensiveness of data and documentation. • To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquirers (viz. customer calls, emails, walk-ins and other correspondence) so as to maximize sales conversions Job Responsibility • •1 Keep tally of entries of daily receipts • 2Timely issuance of payment receipts to the customers for residential projects •3 Issuance of payment of refunds for cancellation of flats •4 Timely dispatch of completed possession kit to the customer •5 Maintaining Reports and MIS •6 Prepare daily reports on all payment receipts and update and send to customer response cell in prescribed formats by EOD •7 Prepare weekly reports on all agreements, possession dates made and send to the customer response cell in prescribed formats Desired Candidate Profile Experience in Real estate sector mandatory.
