Responsibilities and Duties 1. Making calls with the executives on field and help them closed the deals Or Educate to fresher. 2. To Handel a team of BDE responsible for revenue generation for the company. 3. Will be responsible to lead & guide the team Execute the day plan & monitor the daily working of the Team. 4. Research and build relationships with new clients. 5. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals. 6. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. 7. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. 8. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. 9. Proven ability in achieving/exceeding targets, opening new and profitable product/services markets.
