We are looking for a STP Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant and ensure smooth plant operations as per environmental norms.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor STP equipment, pumps, blowers, motors, and valves
• Maintain daily log sheets, flow records, and chemical consumption data
• Monitor water quality parameters such as pH, TSS, BOD, COD, etc.
• Carry out routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting
• Ensure proper dosing of chemicals and sludge handling
• Follow safety procedures and pollution control guidelines
• Coordinate with maintenance and electrical teams when required
• Ensure treated water quality meets regulatory standards
• Requirements & Skills:Experience in operating STP / ETP plants
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Understanding of water treatment processes
• Ability to work in shifts
• Good awareness of safety and environmental norms
