Would be responsible for council to study visa( Canada,Uk.USA,Australia,New Zealand) & complete filing & processing of Study Visa, Tourist and PR Cases Coordination with Clients & embassies, Visa Facilitation Services. Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, while preparing and checking all legal documents. Candidates should be able to prepare and file all the supporting documents required for obtaining Study visa/PR towards Canada, UK, Australia etc. Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Study Visa solutions and PR. Coordination with Clients & visa counselors Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct while preparing and checking all legal documents. Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service. Must have 2-3 years work experience in counseling for Student visas, PR and Tourist Visa for different countries. Maintain healthy co-ordination between customers & various departments of the organization. Tele-caller must have strong Interpersonal, Communication and Organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Must have sound knowledge in the areas of documentation and Visa filing. Tele-caller candidate should be young and energetic.
