Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Immigration Telecaller to handle Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, and Work Permit inquiries at our Chandigarh office. The candidate must have prior experience in immigration consultancy telecalling and should be confident in converting leads into appointments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to clients interested in Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa & Work Permit
- Handle inbound leads from digital platforms and portals
- Explain immigration options for countries like New Zealand, Australia, Canada, UK (visitor & work category only)
- Qualify leads and book appointments for counselling
- Regular follow-up calls to convert potential clients
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and CRM records
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team performance
Experience as Immigration Telecaller / Visa Telecaller / Overseas Telecaller
Strong Hindi & English communication (Punjabi preferred)
Knowledge of Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Permit / Work Visa
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets and pressure
