Job Description

Experienced candidates in Collections can apply. Most probably DRA Certified.

 Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.

 Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

 Negotiate suitable payment plans.

 Ability and willingness to deliver in high pressure environment.

 Candidate able to handle window based application: MS Office, Excel, power point.

 Excellent negotiating skills.

 Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.

 Willing to complete daily or monthly targets.
