Spoken Hindi is mandatory for this job and required to maintain 3 hours of call duration per day We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and courteous manner. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed. Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving trading issues. Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department for further assistance. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
