Location - Vanagaram (Chennai)
Experience - Min 6 Months
Qualification - Any Graduation
Language - Hindi and English Mandatory
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer
service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department
running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
and to meet their expectations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle Inbound & Outbound calls
Provide Email & Chat Support
Achieve sales & lead conversion targets
Maintain accurate CRM records & reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
