🎯 Job SummaryWe are hiring Female Voice Process Executives for our Health Insurance department. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining health insurance policies, assisting customers with queries, and converting leads into sales. This position offers high pay with attractive incentives based on performance.

- 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls related to health insurance
- Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Follow up with potential customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
- 🛠 Eligibility CriteriaGender: Female candidates only
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers confidently
- Sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
