  • Sales Conversion: Pitch products effectively and close deals over the phone.
  • Negotiation: Overcome objections and navigate price resistance to secure commitments.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products/services during the closing process.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update lead status and follow-up pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in an outbound sales/telesales role.
  • Skills: Proven negotiation tactics, persuasive communication, and "thick skin" resilience.
  • Track Record: Ability to demonstrate meeting or exceeding previous sales targets.
