AGM IT & DIGITALISATION

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with the business objectives of the Valves division.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into business processes and workflows
• Manage the digitalisation budget, resources, and project priorities to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize return on investment.
• Allocate resources effectively, prioritize projects, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of digitalisation initiatives within budgetary constraints
• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks and policies to ensure alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with data security, privacy, and risk management standards within the Valves business unit.
• Provide guidance and support for IT audits and assessments as needed.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team dedicated to digitalization and estimation initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and capabilities.
