Banking Operations Analyst
Designs auditor quality parameters.
• Provides inputs based on data analysis for process improvements using basic quality tools.
• Facilitates process improvement meetings along with respective team in a domain to achieve the desired results.
• Accurately reports data for Six Sigma projects & vertical-wide Initiatives.
• Updates and maintains QMS process documents for specific processes.
Strong knowledge of quality tools and techniques.
• Ability to provide inputs based on data analysis for process.
• Strong understanding of process interdependencies.
