Job Description

This role will need to develop a healthy knowledge of the business offerings, services and products. Responsibilities of candidates include: • look for new business opportunities • cold calling prospects 1.Meeting patients and doctors at different hospitals. 2.Create and maintain brand image and build a strong customer base 3. Provide and promote new business ideas and initiatives to improve overall business 4. Drive and expand sales network by generating leads through regular interactions with Key Stakeholders within the different hospitals & clinics 5. Come up with new business strategies to help tie-up with new doctors, clinics, and Corporates. 6. Support and work jointly with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of the leads. 7. Interact with customers on a regular basis, to collect feedback and improve the quality of the service being provided 8. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 9. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs 10. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients 11. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers • handle inbound queries • may need to represent the company at events
