Business Support Specialist

Operations Manager -BAU/Operation (Service Delivery Management) -Customer negotiation & Customer communication (day-to-day basis / need basis) -Resource planning - on-boarding and off-boarding -Efficient execution of transitioned work -Grooming resources -KT support (Status reporting to Transition Manager daily/weekly/monthly report). Ensure the transitioned work implemented efficiently in BAU phase -Service preparation and monitoring -Daily operation management -Report preparation -Executing PMO related tasks -Contract management (PO, SOW, SLA, KPI management) -Resource Management -IT Assets Management -Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders -Quality Control (-Internal audit and Governance) -Business process and service improvement for service enhancement -Training and team development, Mentoring, coaching -Business Process and Service Improvement -S&R (Sense and Respond) Communication Cell
