**Job Summary:**

Signature Acres is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor with 0-1 year of experience to join our team. The Construction Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations at our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Site Supervision:**

- Assist in overseeing construction workers and subcontractors on-site.

- Ensure that all work is performed according to safety regulations and company policies.

- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building and safety codes.

**Quality Control:**

- Ensure that construction work meets quality standards.

- Address any issues or deficiencies promptly with guidance from senior supervisors.

- Review and approve work completed by subcontractors under supervision.

**Coordination and Communication:**

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

- Communicate project status, issues, and changes to relevant parties.

**Resource Management:**

- Assist in managing and allocating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

- Ensure that necessary materials and equipment are available on-site.

- Control project costs and minimize waste with support from senior supervisors.

**Documentation and Reporting:**

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

- Document any changes or deviations from the project plan.

**Problem Solving:**

- Identify and report issues that arise during construction.

- Assist in implementing corrective actions to address problems and prevent future occurrences.

**Qualifications:**

**Education:**

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

**Experience:**

- 0-1 year of experience in construction supervision or a related role.

**Skills:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Working Conditions:**

- Ability to work in various weather conditions.

- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

- Physical ability to perform on-site inspections and supervise construction activities.
