Job description -Cloud Kitchen Manager. We are Smoose, an early-stage managed cloud kitchen startup based out of Chennai founded by food enthusiasts. We help restaurants scale and operate virtually in a dark kitchen model. As a part of building a fantastic team we are looking for a chef manager for our cloud kitchen in Chennai. The chef manager is the heart, soul, and COO of our kitchen. In short you will help in cooking and managing kitchen staffs and maintain standards of the kitchen, which you love to do. If you have the following, you’d be an ideal candidate for this role: - You have a passion for cooking. - You love helping others. - You are willing to lead and build an enthusiastic team. - You enjoy working in a startup. - You have good knowledge in kitchen setup and SOP. - You have already worked in a cloud kitchens. - You are willing to roll your sleeve up and willing to do what is required. - You have knowledge in managing cloud kitchens and willing to work with multiple brands and SOP. -Its a plus if you have a degree in hotel management. Additionally, we believe that employees are not resources, but the company itself, and that character takes precedence over skills.
