Customer Service Associate

·      Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses.

·      Provide information about products and services.

·      Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments

·      Greeting the guest

·      Taking a food order

·      Delivering food and beverages

·      Checking back

·      Presenting the check with a thank-you

Parking :

·      Payment Collection: Process parking fees, handle cash/credit card transactions, and operate computerized parking systems.

·      Transaction Processing: Issue parking tickets, validate tickets, and provide receipts.

·      Customer Assistance: Answer questions, provide directions, and assist with lost tickets or malfunctioning equipment.

·      Security & Monitoring: Monitor parking areas for safety, report incidents of vandalism, and assist with vehicle security.

·      Cashiering Duties: Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts and prepare daily revenue reports.

·      Traffic Management: Guide drivers to available spots (if applicable) and ensure smooth, orderly traffic flow

Kitchen :

·      Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing ingredients for chefs.

·      Cleaning & Sanitation: Washing dishes, utensils, and cleaning cooking equipment, workstations, and floors.

·      Kitchen Maintenance: Taking out trash, managing waste, and ensuring all areas are sanitized.

·      Inventory Assistance: Unloading deliveries, storing food, and organizing supplies.

·      Operational Support: Assisting chefs and line cooks, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
