Job Description

Deputy Manager - Payments - Ops & Service

Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”
 Co-ordination with local sales team – Sales SM and ASMs for business projection on weekly basis
 Manage working stock of a week to handle any immediate requirements
 Keeping track of existing inventories in the given territory and mapping with projection. Initiating new indent with central team based on the requirement
 Ensuring no stock out situation and internal redistribution on need basis
 Maintain per unit distribution cost as per budget
 Support sales team in reverse logistics
 Co-ordinates with sales SPOCs to get the acknowledgement for distributed inventories
 Co-ordinates with sales SPOCs to reconcile inventories on monthly basis
 Co-ordination with distribution partners for new orders / deliveries etc.
 Keeping control on damaged / lost inventories

Required Qualifications and Experience
 Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
 Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
 Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

 Proven analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
 Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities
 Project management skills

EXPERIENCE - Should have prior experience in logistics management of QR and EDC. Ability to work independently and handled the smooth operations of QR /EDC logistics
APTITUDE - Should be a problem solver, open to learn new things, goal oriented, good team player
