Job Title: Digital Marketing ExecutiveCompany: Zacs Valley Resort
Location: Hybrid (Chennai / Remote + occasional Kodaikanal visits)
Experience: 1–3 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of Zacs Valley Resort. The role involves content creation, social media management, paid advertising, and lead generation to drive direct bookings and brand visibility.
- Key Responsibilities1. Social Media ManagementManage Instagram & Facebook pages end-to-end
- Plan and execute monthly content calendar
- Post reels, stories, and static content consistently
- Engage with followers, comments, and DMs
- 2. Content CreationShoot and edit reels, videos, and photos (on-site during visits)
- Create trending and aesthetic content for resort promotion
- Write captions, hashtags, and promotional content
- Highlight:
- Rooms & views
- Experiences (bonfire, nature, food)
- Guest moments
- 3. Paid Advertising (Core Role)Run and manage Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook)
- Create lead generation campaigns (calls + WhatsApp)
- Optimize ads for:
- Room bookings
- Weekend packages
- Seasonal offers
- Track performance (CPL, conversions, ROI)
- 4. Lead Handling & Conversion SupportCoordinate with internal team for enquiries
- Ensure leads from ads are responded quickly
- Improve conversion through offers & creatives
- 5. OTA & Listing SupportAssist in optimizing listings on:
- Booking platforms (images, descriptions, pricing insights)
- Ensure content consistency across platforms
- 6. Basic Website & SEO (Optional but Preferred)Update website content if needed
- Work on Google Business Profile (reviews, posts, ranking)
- Skills RequiredStrong understanding of Instagram & Meta Ads
- Basic video editing (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)
- Creative mindset with aesthetic sense
- Understanding of travel/hospitality marketing
- Basic knowledge of Canva / design tools
- Bonus Skills (Good to Have)Experience with resorts, hotels, or travel brands
- Influencer collaboration handling
- Google Ads / SEO basics
- KPIs (Performance Metrics)Increase in direct bookings
- Cost per lead (CPL) reduction
