About Us:13Thirty Sportswear is a fast-growing custom apparel brand focused on sports jerseys, teamwear, and event-based designs. We create unique, high-quality designs for colleges, corporate events, and sports teams.
- Job Responsibilities:Design custom sports jerseys, T-shirts, and teamwear
- Create print-ready designs for sublimation (CMYK formats)
- Work on front & back panel designs as per client requirements
- Modify designs based on feedback
- Collaborate with sales and production teams
- Maintain design quality and brand consistency
- Requirements:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of sublimation printing and color modes (RGB/CMYK)
- Creativity in sportswear and jersey design
- Basic understanding of typography and layout
- Freshers with strong portfolio can apply
- Salary & Benefits:₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skill)
