Job Position : Hospital Billing Executive – OP & IP Company : GBR Clinic & Fertility Centre Pvt. Ltd. Location : Mogappair, Chennai Job Description: • To do outpatient & inpatient billing. • Reconcile all the billings of the day and handover it to accounts & finance team on a daily basis. • All the billings to be done only through the Hospital Management System and no manual billing is allowed. • In case of insurance billing, do the needful documentation and interact with the insurance company / TPA and get the claims processed. • Should update OP & IP billing on daily basis & collect advance from patients attendants as per hospital policies. • Make changes to the service costs / tariff structure in the Hospital Management Software as when needed. • Provide counselling to patients and their attendants regarding the billing and address any queries they may have regarding billing in s very polite and affirmative manner. • Reconcile and maintain all statements, bills, or invoices for keeping purposes. • Explain hospital regulations to patients, concerning visitors and visiting hours. • Should have good understanding of medical terminology. Required Skills: • Self-motivated individual with go getter & tough task master attitude. • Excellent written, verbal communication & well attired. • Should be willing to work in shift as per duty roaster. • Language – English & Tamil. Telegu & Hindi added advantage. Qualification & Experience: • Qualification : BCOM • Experience : 1 to 3 years • Skill Set : Tally, MS Excel, Basic Computers & Hospital Management Software Job Type: Full-time (8 Hrs Shift) Salary: From ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
