Job Description
Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive – Appointment Booking
Role: Telesales Executive (Domestic Voice)
Location: Nungambakkam
Experience: 3 Months - 2 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Introduce and explain insurance products briefly
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication skills Tamil + English (Optional)
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales process (Preferred)
- Ability to handle objections confidently
- Basic computer knowledge
