Job description:

• 10+ Years of experience in IT and at least 7+ experience Pega
• Hands on experience in Pega Ruta Script in Pega NLP
• Experience in Pega version 7.x 8.x platform; Experience in older versions is a plus
• Hands on experience in integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions
• Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success realization of business benefit
• Experience in leading and owning Project sizing and estimation
• Previous experience in leading a Pega development team
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and motivational skills.
• Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
• Excellent communication with experience liaising with clients
• Banking and Finance experience is preferred
• CSSA is a must and LSA is preferred
