Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Scout for potential distributors, dealers, small industries and interested new entrants in the allocated territory Handhold distributors through entire onboarding process and order collection Assist distributors in secondary sales with retailer order collections Follow distribution nodes as defined by the assigned beat plan Maintain business relationships with retailers and meet sales targets. Manage and execute branding activities, product placements in the market Monitor Competition moves, activities, and plans and report to supervisor. Follow escalation matrix and immediately escalate customer issues to higher management for quick resolution. Be aligned towards companies’ policies regarding reporting, attendance, market visit norms, and daily reports. Liquidation of existing stocks Empaneling new Secondary Partners Branding / Marketing of the Company Identification of Secondary Partners’ consumption patterns Monitoring stocks (Company and competition) Monitoring of Company’s services Monitoring of competitors activities and trends Preparing and presenting regular progress & information report
