We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Administrator with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
🗂️ Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
📞 Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
🧾 Maintain office records, files, and documentation
📅 Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
🖨️ Oversee office supplies and vendor coordination
🤝 Support management and staff with administrative tasks
💻 Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications
Requirements:
✅ Male candidate with 2–3 years of office admin experience
🎓 Any graduate or equivalent qualification

🧠 Good communication and coordination ability
💻 Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
