Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include: • Answering and responding to outside communications, such as phone calls, faxes, emails, and web-based inquiries. This includes on-going communications, project-based communications, i.e., from training participants, presenters and clients. • Creating timelines and work plans for each event, as directed by the Head - BD. • Creating and organizing training materials including participant binders etc. Also developing marketing materials for events as appropriate. • Ensuring appropriate supplies are on site for all events. • Providing on site staffing logistics management and support staffing at most training Events (as directed by Head - BD). • Generation of Reports pertaining to marketing and training. • Compiling & summarizing reports for providing a summary to senior management. • Reporting of serious observations on a timely basis. • Verifying that all accounting related departments follow company protocol • Handling Pettycash,Fees collection • Managing general office admin works. Maintenance of office equipment’s, AMCs etc., • Handling incoming and outgoing parcels and posts, and dealing with web inquiries/phone support. • Keep check on Vendor like (Housekeeping, Electrician, Plumber and stationary personnel and Coordinate with their supervisor for any issues • Maintaining document related operation and Finance. • Adhere to the administrative processes, policies & disciplines of the organization. • To maintain an efficient and harmony working environment among employees, clients and mangers
