A Backend Office Executive is responsible for handling internal support tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of business operations. This includes data management, documentation, transaction processing, and assisting other departments by performing essential administrative functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Photoshop)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain accurate records, update databases, and organize files.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Office Time: 9.30am to 6.00pm
