Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs or projects. This role requires coordinating various activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring smooth execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, manages resources, and aligns project objectives with organizational goals while maintaining effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team to enhance project delivery.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
