Hired staff will be trained on basic about all loan products and given brief description about target segment of professionals to be visited for lead generation process. He is expected to visit min 15-20 targeted professionals per day based on confirmed prior appointments /direct visit to their office on a cold call method.

Senior management team from the organization will accompany for joint calls on confirmed appointments for discussion to generate business and extend on field training to perform better in the role.

Hired staff can generate business leads through digital mode along with field sales method.
