Job Description
1. Direct and supervise retail staff across several retail outlets to meet set objectives. 2. Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance. 3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 4. Provide solutions that address performance issues promptly and effectively. 5. Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clientele. 6. Contact store managers and other retail staff to communicate relevant information. 7. Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best to achieve financial goals. 8. Develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations. 9. Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management and high-performance sales. 10. Develop policies for the merchandising of goods in retail stores 11. Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet. 12. Set and regulate product pricing using market and demand analysis results. 13. Ensure compliance with retail site health/safety policies and procedures. 14. Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues. 15. Evaluate operational and financial records to determine the sales performance of a retail store.
