1.Main Tasks : Start, nurture and develop relationships with sales partners and explain to them the benefits of our cloud-based Labour Law Compliance System. ii. Make a Business Offer based on leads generated through Channel Sales Partners/direct sales. iii. Negotiate and close new business. iv. Handover new business to the operations and accounts team. v. Help in invoicing/collection issues with the collection team with new customers. vi. Help in getting data issues resolved with the operation team from newly on-boarded customers. vii. Manage escalations from customers. viii. Manage Pay-outs to Channel Partners. 2.Key Result Area (KRA) : own up the total number of channel sales partner additions and direct sales. ii. Own up targeted lead generation rate in sales funnel through Partners and direct sales iii. Own up conversion rate. ( Percentage of qualified leads that gets converted to customers.) iv. Own up overall monthly sales and one time sales targets. 3. Working Interfaces: i. Channel Sales Partners 1(i). ii. Prospects for doing 1(ii,iii). iii. Director (sales and marketing), for setting KRA settings and monitoring. iv. Marketing Team for leads. v. Existing Customers and internal Employees for doing 1(iv, v, vi). vi. Employees and directors for doing 1(vii). 4.Skill Set Requirements: pleasing and warm personality. Ii. Keen listener. iii. An effective communicator in English, local language and Hindi. iv. Ability to focus on the end result without getting distracted by superfluous information and issues. v. Ability to build relationships with channel sales partners and direct customers. vi. Ready to travel extensively to meet channel partners and prospects. vii. Understand the criticality of issues raised by prospects, customers, or Channel Partners. viii. Preferred by payroll software selling industries . 5.Experience and Education : i. 4 to 5 years of experience in payroll software sales or labor law compliace company. ii. Has a fair understanding of HR compliance. iii. ERP selling, payroll software selling or dealing with Chartered accountants or HRMS software selling companies. iv. Is a graduate from good college and is fluent in English along with Mailing/ Excel/ Ms Word/ PPT platform. v. Adequate knowledge on MIS. 6.Training Needs(internal after onboarding the candidate) : i. Introduction with Directors , Key Employees and Sales Marketing Team. ( 1 day)
