Responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.  Overseeing local sales, promotions, and campaigns  Developing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues  Setting individual sales targets with sales team  Evaluating performance of sales staff - Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.  Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives  Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally  Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics  Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service  Conducting market research and competitor and customer analysis  Providing feedback, support and coaching to the sales team  Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures  Provide suggestions on system enhancements  Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results  Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related.
