Job Description

Job Description:

The Showroom Incharge will handle daily operations of the showroom dealing with electronic gadgets, ladies & kids accessories (or) home appliances, and kitchen appliances. The role focuses on sales, customer service and maintaining proper stock and display.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily showroom activities and ensure smooth operations
  • Assist customers in selecting products and explain features clearly
  • Maintain proper display of electronics, accessories, and appliances
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment
  • Handle billing, basic reports, and cash management
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints politely


Requirements

  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office)
