As an Installation and Customer Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and support of our products at customer sites. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process and beyond.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure proper usage and functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to installations, equipment, or software and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to gather customer requirements and ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and customer interactions in the company database.
• Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or recommending additional products or services to customers based on their needs and usage.
