RESPONSIBILITIES: • Browsing search engines, companies, calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches. • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers. • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. • Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. • Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. • Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements. • Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target. • Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities. • Monitoring KPIs and sales achievements. REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. • FRESHER, Work experience as a Tele caller, Tele Marketer, or a similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good time management and organizational skills. • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Good telephone etiquettes. • Impressive multitasking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines. • Highly motivated individual. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
