Job Description

Designation : Tele Caller

Experience : 0–2 years in telecalling / sales

Language : Tamil/ Hindi/Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada


Description: Call retailers and distributors daily

Take product orders over phone

Explain schemes, offers, and new products

Follow up for pending orders and payments

Maintain good relationship with customers

Collect market feedback (demand, competitor activity)

Update daily call report in system / Excel / company app


Minimum 80–100 calls per day

Achieve daily order targets

Proper follow-up and closure of calls

Accurate reporting
