Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong customer relationship
- Maintain call records and update CRM/software regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Provide accurate information about offers, pricing, and services
- Requirements:Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Strong verbal communication skills in English & Tamil (or required languages)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
