Inventaa is a growing LED lighting brand. We are looking for an experienced telesales executive who can handle ecommerce leads and customer calls.

Job Role:

  • Call and convert incoming leads (Website, Amazon, WhatsApp)
  • Follow up with customers for order confirmation
  • Share quotations for bulk/project inquiries
  • Handle warranty & basic customer complaints
  • Maintain lead records in Excel

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in telesales

  • Comfortable making 40–60 calls per day
  • Good communication in Hindi & basic English
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer & Excel knowledge
